A permanent home for the knowledge our communities already carry, so that working families can turn what they know into lasting power. It opens with a guide to the June 2 ballot.
First up: the June 2, 2026 California Primary · Updated May 20Our communities already carry what it takes to govern themselves well, the knowledge, the relationships and the clear sense of what is broken and what would fix it. What working families have been denied, for decades, is the infrastructure to turn all of that into power that holds. Tablero Comunitario is that infrastructure, a permanent home built so that the people closest to a problem are the people shaping the decision.
It is the first digital tool of Radiant Futures Consulting and its community power program, Semillas de Poder. We start where the need is most immediate, with a clear and honest guide to the June 2, 2026 California primary, because an election is a moment when the people in office gain the power to help us, abandon us or harm us, and our neighbors deserve to walk into that with the full picture. The Election Hub is how this begins, not the whole of what it is.

The Member Portal is our members-only resource hub, and access is free to anyone who asks for it. Inside you will find trainings, virtual forums, bulletins from community experts, and practical guides. It is the space where the community learns, connects, and builds its power through the year.

This is built for you first. Use the Election Hub, come to a Semillas de Poder event, and join the people who are learning to read power and act on it together. The tool belongs to the community it serves.
Get involved with usRadiant Futures Consulting pairs professional researchers with community members as equals on every project, in strategy, policy and campaigns. This guide is a live sample of what that pairing produces.
Work with usWe are building something meant to outlast any one election or grant cycle. If your work touches community power in working-class neighborhoods, we should talk about what we can build together.
Read the bigger planAn election ends, but the work does not. The same hands that built this guide keep going after the polls close, holding the people who won accountable to what they promised, training neighbors to research and organize, and getting ready for the next decision that lands on our communities. We are honest about where we are: Radiant Futures is a California company, not a charity, and Semillas de Poder is our community power program inside it. We are exploring turning Semillas de Poder into our nonprofit arm, but for now we are focused on building the strongest and most sustainable infrastructure for long-term change. This tool is the proof. The infrastructure is the point.
